Scope
This policy covers the Aragon Energy website and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
Information you send
The consultation form asks for your name, company, email address and a description of your requirement. Nothing else is collected by the form, and the site does not require an account to read it.
Why we hold it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you, understand the requirement and prepare a technical or commercial response. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent them.
How it is delivered
Form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, to our inbox at info@aragonenergy.com. FormSubmit processes the message in transit; the copy we keep is the email that arrives in that inbox.
Cookies and tracking
Our own pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run a third-party analytics or advertising script on this site. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files as part of loading the page.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to answer the request and to support any project that follows from it. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent, email info@aragonenergy.com from the address you used and we will act on the request.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page is updated first. The current version applies from the date shown on your visit.
